One of the last intact piers on the New York waterfront in Battery Park City, Pier A has been vacant for decades. It is the keystone to knit together all of the development that has happened up and down the waterfront in that area. JGL is the retail and program advisor to the Battery Park City Authority, the selected developer of the site. The owner of the pier is the City of New York. Ongoing.
