for 11 mid block passageways, illuminating

pedestrian circulation throughout new and older

development projects. Includes graphics, paving,

directional signage, lighting, art, retail. Client

organization comprises building owners, such as the

New York Times theatre owners, hotels, and

developers within this special improvement district.


Alliance for Downtown New York Inc.

Streetscape Masterplan: retail and facade

component. Analysis of Lower Manhattan for future

retail, restaurant, and entertainment uses by size

and type; facade, signage, and merchandising

recommendations; zoning recommendations to

implement concepts. The Alliance is the Business

Improvement District for Lower Manhattan,

including Wall Street and Battery Park.
